Punctuality: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled or their service scope reduced to ensure the schedule runs on time for all clients.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
The salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behaviour, presenting a risk to staff safety, or whose hair condition may pose a health risk.
If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify the stylist before leaving the salon. We are happy to make reasonable adjustments or corrections free of charge within 24 hours of the original appointment, provided the agreed-upon style/cut/colour has not been altered or compromised by the client due to visible negligence.
No Refunds for Services Rendered: Due to the time, expertise, and product costs involved.
We do not offer monetary refunds for completed services. We only offer reasonable, complimentary corrective work.
No refunds or exchanges for wigs, bonnets or cosmetics.
No refunds or exchanges for hair products that have been used.
Products found to be faulty or defective upon purchase may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products due to a change of mind, except where required by local consumer law. All products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be considered for an exchange or store credit (where applicable).
